Syncing Devices

I have a MacBook Air, iPad Pro, iPhone 6 and an apple watch. Is there a way to sync them all together so that I have the same stuff on all devices? If it doesn't include the watch that's fine with me but at least the other 3.

The place to start is using iCloud. iCloud allows you to always have your Notes, Contacts, Calendar, Photos and Mail all in sync on all your Apple devices.
